just to say what i know about Mario Kart Wii:
i know its coming out first quarter this year
its going to be online-maybe with more people than normal --also they introduced battle mode online
online will prolly suck anyway
it comes with the Wii wheel
it looks like you can do tricks and thins in the air when you go off jumps and walls..not sure if this means there is a point system or its just for fun...

Ya, the addition of motorcycles as well as the carts should prove interesting and at least at some more depth to the game. Should be interesting to find out how they made the bikes and carts different, or if they really are that different at all.

I've been playing Mario Kart 64 on VC and my question is: Can it be possible to drive a bike with the crazy spin-out physics of MarioKart?

Mario Kart Wii info 12 player online capabilities downloadable ghost data so you can race the best in the world you can also race with Mii's you have created online and ingame a new feature included is midair trick. If a trick is landed properly you get a boost upon landing 32 courses just like MKDS 16 remakes 16 new courses there will be a MK Wii channel download available where you will be able to see world rankings and top times as well as all of your times. Ill post more info as I find out What i want to know is if you can do battle mode online haven't heard yet... and all though i hate it because i am so bad at it. It would still be awesome. also dave its not coming out in Q1 it wasn't technically delayed because it was so early in development when they said quarter one but its now Q2-Q3. I expect it to be Nintendos big summer game for 2008 but i wouldnt be suprised if it was a November release either.( which would make it Q4

if it's on wikipedia it must be true. To quote Michael Scott from the Office: "Wikipedia. Is the best thing ever. Anyone, in the world, can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information."

i just found out that MK Wii will support GC controllers. i like that because im a bit sceptical about using the wheel. i thought the controlls for other racing games like excite truck where a little fuzzy and basicaly the wheel is the same controls but with a case around the controller

So it is good, then. I didn't have a clue it was coming out until three days ago.
..Out of curiosity--I don't like racing games too much--does the Whiil work with it or are the controls all jerky like red steel?
Oh, and sorry about chasing you down in the hall, I thought you were Matt Wolf. I needed to get some Science Bowl info from him earlier.
